All orders are handcrafted and processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Divine Radiance Skincare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our handcrafted and personal care products, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Divine Radiance Skincare is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping provider for assistance.
